CA Jalonen writes with the goal of igniting curiosity and prompting conversations around self-discovery and how we can each see the world differently. She thrives in places where she can deep-dive into meaningful conversations with others, gaining a variety of new perspectives.

She has been writing professionally for over 30 years. Her former careers in Public Relations, Teaching, and Trauma Training have all positioned her perfectly to share her lived experience through her writing.

Her book, Liminal Life: Navigating Transitions with Authenticity, will be released May 2. Her podcast, Through the Portal, will be coming this summer!
